Azure Summit Technology provides a wide range of multi-channel software defined radio solutions for applications including surveillance, emitter location, and interference cancellation. Systems can be tailored to meet a variety of requirements for bandwidth, dynamic range, number of channels, and computational resources. Supported platforms range from resource-constrained small UAVs and wearable devices to manned aircraft and submarines. Azure also offers innovative signal processing solutions to challenging problems in the realm of radio frequency spectrum awareness. What will you do? Azure Summit Technology is currently seeking a Data Manager. The selected candidate will be part of a dynamic, growing, cross-functional, and geographically distributed team. This position is located on-site at our facility in Fairfax, Virginia, with occasional overnight travel to our office in Melbourne, Florida and/or other locations as needed to support customer activities. Your future team has worked together to produce the following job description: The selected candidate will be responsible for planning for, contributing to, and tracking progress against Azure's obligations to prepare, submit and archive contract-related data objects compliant with Data Item Descriptions (DIDs) defined by a Contract Delivery Requirement Line (CDRL) DD Form 1423. The candidate will gather and track future requirements and delivery dates, schedule the preparation, review, approval, and submittal of the items, and perform editing to ensure that formatting, organization, and presentation of technical content prepared by others is consistent with business standards. Duties will include working with a wide variety of engineering and technical disciplines, which may include interfacing with the Government customer as well as CDRL authors to ensure that CDRLs are prepared accurately and on schedule and meet customer expectations. Basic Requirements US citizenship, due to the nature of the work and contract requirement The ability to obtain a DoD SECRET security clearance, due to contract requirement Bachelor's degree in Communication, Technical Communication, or another relevant field or equivalent experience Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Minimum 1 years' experience in preparing written technical reports Preferred Qualifications Active TS/SCI Clearance Masters' degree in Communication, Technical Communication, or other relevant field Experience gathering and tracking technical data and presenting it for a variety of audiences Strong oral, written and presentation skills Azure Summit Technology is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action/Veterans/Disabled Employer.
