What would you do as a Administrative Medical Assistant (Client Services) As a Full-Time Administrative Medical Assistant/Client Services Representative at Genview DX, your daily responsibilities will revolve around providing exceptional support to our clients via phone or email for training, compliance, ordering and account reviews. Your experience as a medical assistant will allow you to pick up quickly on terminology and understand the requirements of not only this role, but in support of our remote laboratory collectors. Communication is key; you'll coordinate with multiple departments, that requires a dynamic professional. Additionally, you will ensure that the office environment is organized and compliant with all regulations. Expect to handle administrative tasks such as processing forms, updating databases, and managing the flow of patient information. Team collaboration is essential, as you will work closely with colleagues to enhance overall efficiency and patient satisfaction. Your role will be vital to ensuring that every client receives the highest level of care and attention. Would you be a great Administrative Medical Assistant (Client Services REP)? Proficiency in Microsoft, computer skills and knowledge of specimen collections, medical necessity and genuine customer service is essential for entering data and accuracy. Strong attention to detail is crucial for auditing and validating documentation, along with resolving any discrepancies. Effective communication skills are key to interacting with clients, patients, and billing or insurance representatives to address inquiries and ensure a seamless experience. Additionally, organizational skills will help you manage the onboarding of new marketers, align expectations with test requirements, and maintain compliance with accrediting agency standards. Knowledge and skills required for the position are: Answer phones, email and customer inquiries as a priority Coordinate/Train new customers for proper specimen collections Supports pre-analytics and accessioning in review for accuracy and proper completion. Assists leadership to ensure objectives for internal and external requirements are met.. Onboarding for new marketers Review sample requisitions for acceptable criteria and process accordingly Review information in LIS (laboratory information system) as required Resolve documentation and specimen validation issues Comply with requirements of accrediting agencies as related to position Review clinical data for accuracy, audit and contact appropriate parties as requested Facilitate ordering of supplies and ensure timely and accurate processing of approved requests Get started with our team!
