Mandatory Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Agile environments.
• 3+ years of experience in Agile coaching within complex organizations (multiple partnerships, agreements, and programs).
• Experience in facilitating at least two Agile transformations for public sector clients.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Proven ability to lead stakeholder engagement sessions for business transformation.

Certifications (Must Have at Least Two):

• Professional Scrum Master (PSM I)
• SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)
• PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
• ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Project Management (ICP-APM)
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
• Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM)
• AgilePM Foundation or equivalent
