Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our apartment buildings. All of our apartment buildings are located in the suburbs of Onondaga county and NOT in the city of Syracuse. This role requires a background in general maintenance, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. The Maintenance Technician will play a crucial role in maintaining the property grounds, ensuring safety standards, and providing excellent customer service.

This job will not have micro-management or close supervision. You will be given a lot of flexibility to complete the tasks required. This is for 1099 not W-2.
