Apartment Maintenance Technician – Augusta, GA
Certified Apartment Staffing is hiring an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician for a multifamily community in Augusta, GA . We’re looking for dependable candidates with strong technical skills and a passion for keeping communities running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Perform HVAC repairs, appliance repairs, plumbing, and electrical troubleshooting.
Complete work orders and preventative maintenance.
Assist with the Make Ready process to prepare apartments for new residents.
Maintain property grounds, amenities, and common areas.
Deliver excellent customer service to residents and staff.
Requirements:
2+ years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
EPA Certification is a plus (not required).
Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Must have own tools and reliable transportation.
