Job Title: Facility Maintenance Technician
Pay Rate: $21/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Madden Industrial Craftsmen, a premier staffing firm, is currently seeking a dedicated Apartment Maintenance Technician for one of our clients in Phoenix, AZ.
The Apartment Maintenance Technician will assist in the overall completion of repairs, renovations, work orders, and various projects. This position will be directly responsible for carrying out all duties as assigned by the Community Manager and Maintenance Manager.
Duties:
Estimate time and extent of repairs
Perform routine preventive maintenance
Grounds maintenance
Unit turns
Painting
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous experience in apartment maintenance, unit turns, and work orders or other related fields
Familiarity with hand and power tools and equipment
Ability to handle a physical workload, multi-task, and prioritize
Deadline and detail-oriented
Must pass a background check in accordance with family housing regulations
