Job Description

The role involves problem-solving, decision-making, developing growth plans, and recruiting, developing, and training new hires. You will manage performance reviews, be actively involved in welding startup operations, ensure quality standards, and drive continuous improvement through Lean and 5S principles. This position requires a data-driven approach, effective communication with the leadership team, and the ability to mentor and motivate others.

Responsibilities

• Oversee night shift production and operations.
• Solve problems and make decisions for operational efficiency.
• Develop growth plans and recruit, develop, and train new hires.
• Manage performance and conduct reviews.
• Engage in welding startup operations and ensure quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvements using Lean and 5S principles.
• Utilize ERP systems and track KPIs.
• Communicate effectively with the leadership team.
• Mentor and motivate team members.

Essential Skills

• 5+ years of manufacturing management experience in welding, machining, and quality environments.
• 5+ years of experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Continuous Improvements, and performance management.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly NetSuite WBN.
• Experience in tracking and managing KPIs.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Ability to work 3rd shift long-term.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• NetSuite ERP experience.
• Ability to commit to a long-term role on the 3rd shift.

Work Environment

Our work environment is clean, organized, and bright, featuring new technology and continuous investment in advancements. We are situated on expansive acreage, providing ample space for future growth and expansion. The role requires working from Monday to Thursday, 7pm to 5am, with training initially on the 1st shift for 1-2 months.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $90000.00/hr.
