Job Description
The role involves problem-solving, decision-making, developing growth plans, and recruiting, developing, and training new hires. You will manage performance reviews, be actively involved in welding startup operations, ensure quality standards, and drive continuous improvement through Lean and 5S principles. This position requires a data-driven approach, effective communication with the leadership team, and the ability to mentor and motivate others.

Work Environment

The role requires working from Monday to Thursday, 7pm to 5am, with training initially on the 1st shift for 1-2 months.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $90000.00/hr.
