TEKsystems is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Bank Teller/Greeter position with a Fortune 100 Credit Union in St. Marys, GA!

Job Description:

To provide members and prospective members the full range of products and services the client offers, including depository accounts such as checking, savings, certificate IRA, revocable trust and estate accounts; Lending products; and credit/debit cards. To perform moderately complex platform banking functions under supervision. Assist/training to lower-level team members.

Experience

• 1-3 years of relevant cash handling experience;  banking is preferred but not required
• Ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and via email
• Good communication skills - de-escalation, remaining calm under pressure, listening

Responsibilities

• Greet members and direct flow of traffic
• Counsel current and prospective members about company products and services
• Ensure cash and other negotiable instruments are handled properly
• Identify opportunities to cross-service products and increase product penetration
• Perform platform banking functions
• Understand and comply with federal and other regulations relating to financial products and services

Hours:  Must be available Monday - Friday from 8:15am - 5:30pm; Saturday 8:30am - 1:30pm

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
