Responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial records using accounting software in QuickBooks
• Prepare and process invoices and payments.
• Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable/receivable.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with public accounting standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support.
• Perform general clerical duties related to bookkeeping tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting preferred
• Proven experience in bookkeeping or a similar role is preferred.
• Familiarity with accounting software, i.e., QuickBooks, required.
• Knowledge of corporate accounting practices and budgeting processes is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are necessary for success in this position.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and external stakeholders.
