Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Atlanta Midtown, GA / Birmingham, AL ((Hybrid - 3 Days/Week for Training then Remote)

Duration: 12 Month of Project (Back Fill Role)

Pay Rate: $60/hr. - $65/hr. on W2 (without benefits)

Job Summary:

• We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join the Capital Market & Financial System Team.
• The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in business analysis within the banking and financial services sector.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements (both functional and non-functional).
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Manage backlog and user stories.
• Work closely with the technical team to build and enhance internal applications.
• Replace and develop internal applications (non-customer facing).
• Operate independently with minimal supervision.
• Utilize tools like Jira (must-have) and Confluence for tracking and documentation.

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Strong experience in banking, financial services, or capital markets (big plus).
• Expertise in business analysis and requirements gathering.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong documentation skills for both technical and business needs.

Nice to Have:

• Project management skills.
• UX design experience.
• Application development experience.

Interview Process:

1. Initial screening interview.
2. Two rounds of panel interviews.
