A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Care Coordinator in South Carolina. The Care Coordinator III would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This is a remote position with full-time hours, 40+ per week.

Care Coordinator Compensation

• The pay for this position is $18.00 per hour .
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment .
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.

Care Coordinator Highlights

• The required availability for this position is Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM .
• This is a remote position, limited to candidates in South Carolina .

Care Coordinator Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to members to provide healthy reminders and encourage appointments.
• Work as part of the Quality Improvement Team to enhance member engagement.
• Maintain strong verbal and written communication with team members.
• Adhere to attendance guidelines and meet daily performance expectations.

Care Coordinator Requirements

• High School Diploma required.
• 2+ years of call center experience, preferably in healthcare .
• Strong verbal communication and phone presence .
• Must be professional, camera-ready for interviews , and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.

Care Coordinator Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with HEDIS, STARS, CAHPS, NCQA, Medicare, and/or Medicaid is a plus.
