What You'll Do
As a caregiver with Senior Helpers, you'll enrich lives with tasks such as:
Personal Care Support
- Assist with bathing, grooming, and dressing while maintaining dignity.
- Provide safe mobility assistance, including transfers and toileting support.
Companionship & Social Engagement
- Build meaningful relationships through shared activities, conversations, and hobbies.
- Encourage seniors to stay active with light exercises and walks tailored to their abilities.
Daily Living Assistance
- Prepare delicious, nutritious meals and support dietary needs.
- Keep living spaces tidy with light housekeeping and laundry.
- Provide medication reminders to keep clients on track.
Transportation & Errands
* Help clients get to appointments, social outings, or errands safely.
Safety Monitoring & Reporting
* Create a secure environment and notify families or staff of any health or behavioral changes.

Requirements to Join
- 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Family or professional caregiving experience welcomed—no formal experience required!
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and car insurance.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and pass background checks and drug screenings.
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
Flexible Shifts
We get it—life is busy. That’s why we offer flexible scheduling to fit your needs:
- Day, evening, overnight, or weekend shifts. Holiday shifts are encouraged.
- 12-hour, 8-hour, 4-hour, and even 2-hour options available.
- Customize your schedule with stacked shifts.
