About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President to join their team. The successful candidate will be a visionary marketing leader, responsible for advancing the company's mission and values through strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years' experience in marketing, growth, and business development, with at least 5 years in a senior management or executive leadership role, preferably within the credit union or finance sector. Comprehensive knowledge of marketing, branding, and analytics is essential, as is a proven track record in driving strategic marketing initiatives that contribute to the financial success of an organization. The role also requires a strong understanding of federal and state regulations governing the banking and credit union industry to ensure compliance and effective strategy execution. The CMO will be a key collaborator across departments, with a focus on team development and delivering inclusive campaigns that strengthen member relationships and community presence.
