About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President to join their team. The successful candidate will be a visionary marketing leader, responsible for advancing the company's mission and values through strategic marketing initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, elevating brand recognition, and expanding the company's presence in the community. The CMO will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that marketing efforts are in line with the strategic vision and will lead the development and implementation of marketing strategies, multi-channel campaigns, and manage all aspects of branding, market research, sales enablement, public relations, and external communications. A key focus is on leveraging data-driven insights to foster innovation and expand the company's reach, particularly through partnerships, product launches, and personalized marketing approaches. Candidates for the CMO position at the company should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for advanced certifications in innovative marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years' experience in marketing, growth, and business development, with at least 5 years in a senior management or executive leadership role, preferably within the credit union or finance sector. Comprehensive knowledge of marketing, branding, and analytics is essential, as is a proven track record in driving strategic marketing initiatives that contribute to the financial success of an organization. The role also requires a strong understanding of federal and state regulations governing the banking and credit union industry to ensure compliance and effective strategy execution. The CMO will be a key collaborator across departments, with a focus on team development and delivering inclusive campaigns that strengthen member relationships and community presence.
