About Our Business Since 2009, our providers have been supporting individuals in their wellness journey by blending chiropractic treatment with muscle work and yoga, in a spa like setting. Each provider sees up to 50 patients per week, depending on their schedule. Located in the heart of Seattle’s Capitol Hill Neighborhood, we welcome all humans to our safe space. Easily accessible via public transportation methods or gated parking available. Chiropractor Role We are looking for a qualified and experienced Chiropractor that adjusts diversified, performs soft tissue work, communicates to patients and billing professionals in a respectful, friendly manner, and supports the office when needed. The person in this position will work closely with the Admin, Owner, and billing team to ensure patients have the best experience with our office. We are all the reason why we are top rated on Google and have a word-of-mouth practice. We welcome over 40 new patients each month and have to turn some away due to lack of schedule availability. Needless to say, you do not need to do any external marketing or give health talks to be successful here. Your presence in the office is very important to support patients and team. You must be able to reliably commute to work. Our clinic is readily accessible by public transportation and there are plenty of parking garages nearby. Effectively diagnosing and treating patients up to 60 minutes per initial visit and 30 minutes per returning visit, communicating to patients their treatment and plan, completing notes within 48 hours of the patient encounter, coding your services, assist with prior authorizations when needed, understanding insurance benefits, keep records organized, maintain HIPAA compliance, professional telephone and email communications with insurance companies and patients, import/export patient imaging and files, cover front desk when needed (very rare), communicate effectively with other doctors and therapists, and opening or closing the office when admin are out of the office (again, very rare.)We prefer someone who is proficient with Jane software, but we are willing to train the right person. We refer out for all imaging needs only when medically necessary. This office does not have x-ray in the office. Skilled in adjusting and manipulation skills: Primarily diversified with occasional Thompson, Activator, or Arthrostim Must be comfortable working with patients in 20 or 30 minute sessions – whatever you think is best for the patient Ability to document/chart appropriately and thoroughly for all patient records within 24 hours of treatment Provide new patient exams, re-exams, treatment plans, and one on one education for chiropractic maintenance visits Ability to perform myofascial release, percussion, trigger point therapy, stretches, and exercises Ability to educate on the importance of chiropractic care Diagnose and code services performed appropriately Teachable attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with a unique practice.
