To excel as a Class A CDL Route Delivery Driver at Brewers Distributing Co., candidates must possess a diverse set of skills and qualifications. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a valid driver's license and a clear Motor Vehicle Report. The possession of a Class "A" CDL is essential, while forklift certification is preferred. Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to pass various screenings, including a criminal background check, DOT drug screen, and physical and lift tests.

Physical strength is paramount, as the role entails lifting heavy loads regularly and standing for extended periods. Strong basic math skills, exceptional time management, and the capacity to follow instructions accurately are also crucial for this position. Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• High school diploma or equivalent
