We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Cleaning Crew Members. As a contractor, you’ll play a key role in providing exceptional cleaning services for our residential aned commercial clients. This position offers competitive pay, gas/mileage reimbursement, performance bonuses, and flexible scheduling to fit your needs.

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including but not limited to:
  • Dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors
  • Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
  • Organizing and tidying spaces as needed
• Use company-provided cleaning products effectively and safely.
• Adhere to specific cleaning instructions and meet company standards.
• Communicate professionally and courteously with clients and management.
• Maintain and track cleaning tools and supplies.
• Report any issues or additional client requests promptly.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual : Must speak and understand both English and Spanish.
• Experience : Prior residential or commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Transportation : Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
• Flexibility to work within our service hours (Monday through Saturday, 8 AM - 8 PM).
• Ability to meet physical demands, including standing, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
