The Role
As a Care Navigator, you’ll be doing the important, meaningful work of managing crises, providing in-the-moment telephone support to clients with complex behavioral health issues, ensuring client safety, and connecting clients to high-quality, evidence-based providers and facilities. This position does not involve providing in-person services or therapy but instead focuses on supporting clients in connecting to care, exclusively by phone and email.
This role may be for you if you are an excellent written and verbal communicator, an ace at time management, skilled with crisis management, and passionate about connecting individuals to excellent care. It’s important that you’re comfortable adopting new technology platforms and have a growth mindset. You must be able to work one of the following shift(s):
- Sunday-Thursday 12am-8:30am PST (1am-9am MT / 2am-10am CT / 3am-11am EST)
- Thursday - Monday 12am - 8:30am PST (1am-9:30am MT / 2am-10:30am CT / 3am - 11:30am EST)
- Tuesday - Saturday 12am-8:30am PST (1am - 9:30am MT / 2am - 10:30am CT / 3am - 11:30am EST)
- Tuesday - Saturday 5:30pm - 2am (6:30am - 3am MT / 7:30am - 4am CT / 8:30- 5am ET)
$38.65 - $38.65 an hour
Pay and Benefits
As a full-time Clinical Care Navigator After Hours, you will be employed by Lyra Health, Inc. The anticipated base rate for this full-time position is $38.65 per hour. The base rate is determined by role and level, and the base rate will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
