COMMERCIAL ROOFING PROJECT MANAGER / SALES NEEDED - MUST HAVE COMMERCIAL ROOFING KNOWLEDGE

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Project Manager/Sales professional to join our dynamic team.

JOB DESCRIPTION

You will be working closely with the owner to help grow the commercial roofing division in Nebraska and other states. The Commercial Project Manager/Sales will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects while driving sales initiatives to expand our client base. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Commercial Roofing Sales and Project Management, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets. This role requires an individual who can balance project execution with client relationship management and achieve optimal outcomes for both the company and its clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage commercial projects from inception through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and finance, to ensure successful project execution.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure profitable agreements for the company.
  • Monitor project progress and performance metrics, reporting status updates to stakeholders.
  • Address and resolve any project-related issues or client concerns in a timely manner.
  • Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to inform sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, project documentation, and client communications in the CRM system.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2-5 years minimum of experience in Commercial Roofing and Storm Damage Restoration.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and project delivery deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
