Non-Negotiable Base Pay: $15.75/hour + Uncapped Commission
1st Year On-Target Earnings: $68,000. No sales experience required. Paid full-time training provided!

Department Overview
Join our award-winning Inside Sales & Retention team, which excels at helping customers make informed choices by showcasing the value of EchoStar's offerings. This role consists of 100% inbound calls from new and existing clients.

Job Responsibilities
What You Will Do:

• Position and sell products/services to prospective and existing customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the best solutions.
• Stay resilient through tough calls while maintaining a focus on long-term success.
• Effectively manage your time while interacting with customers and performing data entry.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to build and nurture strong relationships.

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $15.75/Hour - $34.87/Hour
