Responsibilities
We are looking for an Estimator to perform quantity take-offs and coordinate with subcontractors to compile estimates for general contractor. Candidate needs to understand commercial construction plans and specifications to properly coordinate bidding process with subcontractors for a complete and accurate estimate. Candidate will prepare spreadsheets to compile complete project estimate.
Qualifications
Prior experience completing project estimates for general contracting firm necessary. Prior experience completing project estimates for public works projects desired.
