Project Manager/Sr. Project Manager

Location: Bethesda, Maryland

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $120K–$170K, based on experience and title(PM/Sr.PM)
Remote Hybrid 1 day per week at the manager's discretion
Bonus: Performance-based bonus (10% total: 6% company performance + 4% individual performance).
Vehicle Allowance: $1,000/month + gas card.

Position Overview

Lead and mentor team members, including interns and junior staff, fostering their growth and development.
Plan, execute, and manage multiple construction projects ranging from $5M to $40M.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress, addressing risks and challenges proactively to maintain timelines and quality.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
Proven experience managing construction projects in the public, private, or commercial sectors.
Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and support junior staff.
Excellent communication skills to foster collaboration and build strong client relationships.
A results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget
