Indotronix is seeking an Content Management Specialist Remote position

Position: Content Management Specialist


Location : Remote


Duration: 6 Months

Description:

This is a 6 month temporary position, with the potential to become permanent as we are a new and expanding team. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills, who ideally has past experience using a website content management system.

Day to day duties include:
•Managing upload and customization of content on the financial wellness website, ensuring a high-quality user experience
•Managing the inventory of all content hosted on the platform, via excel and the team shared drive
•Partnering with our internal compliance team to coordinate review and approval of content
•Helping with process documentation of content management system best practices and procedures
•Digital support for collaborative team environment and document tracking
•Additional tasks as assigned
•Additionally, skills in writing/proofreading or basic digital design are a plus
