We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced counselor to join our dynamic team and help us continue delivering top-quality mental health services. This job is located in Sioux Falls, SD. with the possibility of some telehealth sessions.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling to adult male clients under supervision by the Department of Corrections or Probation.
• Maintain accurate and ethical client records, adhering to all legal and professional standards.
• Participate in weekly case staffing.
• Stay informed on current research and best practices in mental health counseling through ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:

• A master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Licensure as a counselor (LPC, LMHC, LCSW, or equivalent) in the state of South Dakota.
• Strong clinical skills with knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to confidentiality and adherence to professional ethics and standards.
• Flexibility and adaptability in managing challenges or changes in the work environment.
• Experience working with adults or juveniles in the criminal justice system is a bonus but not required.
