  Customer Service Representative - Seasonal

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for taking phone orders and handling inbound client telephone inquiries and sales.
• Process, Print, and organize orders and ensure they make it to our production team
• Learn Manhattan Fruitier Product Catalog and provide gift suggestions to clients.
• Enter orders into entry system via incoming phone calls, emails, or other correspondence as needed
• Follow up to ensure customer recipients receive gifts
• Receive customer complaints and feedback
• Attention to accuracy

Skills and Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Availability to work variable shifts, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed
• Willing and able to maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations with or without reasonable accommodation
• Must demonstrate excellent communication skills

Physical Demands of the Position

• Regularly required to stand and walk
• Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crawl and spend time making repetitive motions
• Moderate handling that demands crouching, stooping, reaching
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.

Environmental Factors

• Work is performed in a building that is well ventilated with moderate noise and good light
• Rolling conveyor and forklifts are present
• The packing Process includes water and sanitation agents

Job Type: Seasonal

Rate of Pay- $18.50
