Dadeland Animal Hospital is seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring data integrity and supporting the overall success of our organization.
Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring high levels of data accuracy and attention to detail.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze data, identifying trends and discrepancies as needed.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records, both physical and digital.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies and improve data entry processes.
• Meet productivity and quality standards, consistently delivering high-quality work while meeting deadlines.

• Entry-level experience in data entry or a related field.
• Proven ability to maintain high levels of data accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience in data management and analysis.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members.
