About the Team:

The Data Delivery team at Cyberhawk is a key component of our operational success, working closely with cross-functional teams and utility customers to ensure high-quality data delivery and review. They collaborate with the technical and inspection teams to maintain data accuracy, relevance, and integrity for customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

About the Role:  

As a Data Manager, you will lead a team of Data Coordinators responsible for data review and delivery for our Utility customers. Based in Littleton, CO, this role requires strong leadership to ensure data accuracy, timely delivery, and consistent alignment with client requirements. Reporting to the Director, Operations, you will play a crucial part in refining data management workflows and enhancing team efficiency to meet Cyberhawk’s high standards.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of Data Coordinators, providing mentorship, performance management, and development opportunities to ensure high-quality data review and delivery.
  • Oversee Data Quality: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness, leading efforts to refine data review and delivery processes and methodologies as needed.
  • Liaise with Utility Customers: Act as the primary contact for data management needs, coordinating data delivery timelines, and coordinating with the Project Managers and Planning teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Implement Process Improvements: Evaluate and enhance data management workflows to optimize team efficiency and data handling accuracy.
  • Coordinate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with inspection and technical teams to align on data requirements and ensure data meets Cyberhawk’s and client standards.
  • Develop and Maintain Reporting Metrics: Track data quality and team performance metrics, providing regular reports to leadership and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Support Compliance and Regulatory Standards: Ensure data handling and review meet all necessary regulatory and client standards.
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in data management, ideally within a utility or asset inspection environment.
  • 1+ years of people management experience, preferably of a data-centric team.
  • Strong understanding of data quality and data governance principles.
  • Proven ability to implement and improve data management processes.
  • Excellent communication and customer liaison skills, particularly in a technical or data-focused setting.
  • Proficiency in data management software and tools, with experience in cloud-based data visualization platforms being advantageous.

Bonus Experience:

  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms
  • Familiarity with data requirements in the utility industry.

Additional Details:

  • Eligibility to live and work in the US with high fluency in English.
  • Passport recommended to be able to visit our headquarters in Edinburgh, Scotland
  • Valid Driver’s license preferred
  • Be able to access the Littleton, CO office on a regular basis and when required
  • This position has little to no travel expectation
  • The successful candidate will be required to complete a criminal background check, motor vehicle check, and reference check during the onboarding process.
