Job Overview: As a delivery driver for CRG’s Delivery Kitchen, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of our culinary creations to our valued customers. Your responsibility will extend beyond transporting orders; you will be a vital representative of CRG, embodying our commitment to excellence in service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Timely and Safe Delivery:

   • Safely transport food items from our Delivery Kitchen to customer locations in a prompt and efficient manner.

2. Customer Service:

   • Provide exceptional customer service by delivering orders with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring customer satisfaction.

3. Order Verification:

   • Confirm accuracy and completeness of orders before departure, addressing any discrepancies and maintaining the quality of our products.

4. Adherence to Traffic Rules:

   • Obey traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of yourself, other road users, and the goods being transported.

5. Communication:

   • Maintain clear and effective communication with restaurant staff, dispatch, and customers as needed.

6. Documentation:

   • Complete necessary paperwork and log delivery details accurately, ensuring records are up-to-date and in compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Reliable and well-maintained personal vehicle.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with local roads and traffic patterns, including streets, highways, and buildings.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience as a delivery driver is preferred, but not mandatory.

• Physical ability to lift and carry items.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Benefits of being a driver with CRG

• Base pay of $2.00/delivery plus 100% of the order’s tip going to YOU, CRG guarantees a $4.50 floor per delivery! At busy times, our drivers have the potential to earn close to $30/hr, paid out daily through our driver app, Empower.

• We do not schedule hours and there are no minimum hours required; work as little or as long as you like!

• This job is highly accessible to those with disabilities, communication barriers, and alternative lifestyles. The customer will be meeting you outside for their order; we do not require you to leave your car for delivery.
