We are currently seeking a professional and dedicated Full-Time Doorman to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional customer service skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining a secure and welcoming environment.
Position Overview: As the Full-Time Doorman at GOLDLEAF, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and guests. Your role will be critical in ensuring a smooth and secure entry and exit experience while providing outstanding customer service. Your responsibilities will include managing the front door, assisting with security concerns, and addressing any issues that arise with professionalism and courtesy.
Key Responsibilities: - Guest Greeting: Welcome all guests with a friendly demeanor and ensure they feel valued as they enter and exit the dispensary.
- Front Door Management: Maintain a presence at the front door, opening it for every patient and guest and ensuring it remains secure.
- Assistance and Escorting: Provide assistance by escorting patients and guests to and from their vehicles as needed.
- Security Oversight: Assist with security concerns by patrolling the building and parking lot, ensuring a safe environment for all.
- Professional Interaction: Engage with the public in a courteous manner, offering assistance, directions, and responding to inquiries promptly.
- Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve customer disputes, manage intoxicated individuals, and handle any criminal matters with discretion and authority.
- Incident Reporting: Report any unusual events, incidents, or crimes to the supervisor or manager immediately.
- Emergency Response: Assist in emergency situations, including medical or fire-related incidents, ensuring the safety and well-being of all individuals.
- Safety and Security: Ensure the overall safety and security of guests and team members by maintaining vigilance and addressing any potential risks.
Qualifications: - Availability: Must have open availability with the ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse individuals.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods (8+ hours) and manage physical tasks as needed.
- Attitude: Positive attitude with a commitment to delivering top-notch service and maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Team Orientation: Team-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding goals in a collaborative environment.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
- Driver's License: Valid Driver's License required.
- Background Check: Must successfully pass a background check.
- Age Requirement: Must be 21 years old or older.
