Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Assembler
Job DescriptionAs an Electro-Mechanical Assembler, you will be responsible for soldering components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs). This includes performing both SMT and Thru-hole soldering as well as mechanical assembly of boards. You will work on 16 multi-layer boards that start out heavy, weighing 45-50 lbs each, and gain additional weight during each process. The boards need to be reworked on both the top and bottom, requiring you to turn them over and lift them. You will also use a microscope periodically throughout the day and solder wires of various gauges.

Work EnvironmentThe work environment is very clean, with a team size of 50 people. Each person has their own workbench equipped with tools. The available shifts are 1st shift from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, and 2nd shift from 2:45 pm to 11:15 pm.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
