The Employee Housing Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of employee housing operations to ensure a safe, comfortable, and welcoming living environment for staff. This role includes managing housing assignments, coordinating maintenance, ensuring compliance with policies, and fostering a positive community culture. The Employee Housing Manager takes full ownership of all housing operations, ensuring that every aspect runs smoothly and efficiently while continuously seeking improvements to enhance the employee living experience. This role will collaborate closely with various departments to support the overall employee experience.

Key Responsibilities: - Housing Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day employee housing operations, including check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and lease agreements.
- Facility Maintenance & Compliance: Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure timely repairs, routine upkeep, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Employee Engagement & Support: Foster a welcoming community by organizing housing-related events, addressing resident concerns, and providing resources for a positive living experience.
- Policy Enforcement: Ensure all housing policies and guidelines are clearly communicated and consistently enforced while handling any violations professionally.
- Collaboration: Partner with HR and resort leadership to align housing operations with recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
- Budget & Inventory Management: Oversee housing-related expenses, maintain accurate records, and manage housing inventory, including furniture and supplies.
- Emergency Response: Act as the primary contact for housing-related emergencies and ensure appropriate response plans are in place.
Qualifications & Skills: - 2+ years of experience in employee housing, property management, hospitality, or a related field.
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience required.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience handling confidential information with professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and housing management software (preferred).
