Entry-Level Document Management Assistant
Peifer, Hanson, Mullins, & Baker, a premier civil litigation in downtown Albuquerque, has an opportunity for an entry-level Document Management Assistant, with opportunities for on-the-job paralegal training and development. This person will support attorneys and paralegals during various stages of the litigation process, including fact investigation, document review, discovery, and trial preparation.
Key responsibilities include: Document Management – create and maintain document indices; input, organize, search, and retrieve case-related information; Case organization - organize and maintain case files and exhibits; review and summarize documents.
Qualifications: Strong written and verbal communication skills; Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe; Ability to execute tasks carefully and completely; Proficiency in learning online databases, resources and document management software; Enthusiasm, responsiveness, and focus on excellent performance; Strong interpersonal skills with emphasis on mutual respect, trust, and collaboration; Excellent organizational and project-management skills and attention to detail and deadlines; Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This position offers a competitive compensation package, including benefits and incentive pay.
Starting salary range $22-25/hr dependent on experience.
