Responsibilities: Assist the Promotions Team in developing and executing marketing strategies for each event. Coordinate event activities , including setup, visual merchandising, and inventory control. Process, generate, and track event sales . Organize event logistics , timelines, and schedules to ensure smooth operations. Serve as a enthusiastic member of the event staff, leading by example for interns and new associates. Act as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders during promotional events. Requirements: Strong desire to work in sales, marketing, retail , or customer service . Positive attitude with an eagerness to learn and grow in the marketing field. Strong work ethic and a desire to succeed . Exceptional communication skills —both verbal and written. Ability to talent scout new associates and expand the team in the local area. Capability to mentor and train entry-level associates .
