Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including appointments and meetings.
• Organize and coordinate travel arrangements, including flight bookings and accommodations.
• Draft and proofread correspondence, memos, and reports as needed.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas and minutes.
• Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and organizing documents.
• Serve as a liaison between executives and employees, maintaining open lines of communication.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Detail-oriented with strong proofreading skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
