Role Overview:
As an Entry-Level Sales Manager, you'll wear two important hats—driving your own personal sales production and stepping into a management role where you will be responsible for mentoring and leading a team of agents. You will be trained by a team of industry leading top producers and business builders, making this an ideal role for those with and without experience in the insurance industry. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Personal Sales: Focus on selling life insurance products to veterans, union members, and their families—helping them secure financial protection for their loved ones.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee a team of sales agents, offering guidance and motivation to achieve both individual and team sales goals.
  • Training & Coaching: Be an active participant in our comprehensive training programs, equipping yourself and your team with the tools and skills needed to succeed.
  • Client Relationship Building: Build trust with clients by offering personalized solutions, ensuring they feel supported and confident in their insurance decisions.
  • Achieve Results: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, driving growth for both yourself and your team.

Qualifications:

  • No prior experience in sales or management is required—just a desire to learn and grow.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for working with people.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • License in Life & Health, or ability to obtain. 
  • U.S. work authorization required.
