Executive Assistant (Remote)

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant for a global B2B high-tech company. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to multiple VPs

This is a 10 month project (extensions OR Conversion to FTE possible), 40 hours per week, Remote role in the US. This is a w2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee, health benefits, and 401K offered.

Responsibilities:

• Provides administrative support to senior leaders (VP+)
• May assist or take on project work including meeting prep/organization and/or comms
• Handles details of a highly confidential and critical nature
• Collects and prepares information for use in discussions/meetings of executive staff and outside individuals. Prepares presentation materials for audiences that may include C-level leadership & BoD
• Makes high level contacts of a sensitive nature inside and outside the company
• Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors
• Exercises judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions

Requirement:

• 8+ years of administrative assistant experience supporting executive level leadership
• Executive presence and communication - will be working with senior executive assistants supporting executive leadership
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and confidentiality/discretion
• Requires in-depth knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures
• Requires a professional certification or equivalent experience in working with senior level executives within and outside the company, as well as experience with customers, vendors, visitors, and other dignitaries

Compensation: $40/hr - $50/hr
