Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Virtual Executive Assistant / Project Manager to join our dynamic team! This is a fantastic opportunity to work remotely and be part of a supportive, forward-thinking environment that values collaboration and independence.

In this role, you'll support clients across multiple industries, working as an Executive Assistant and Project Manager. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from managing projects and client relationships to handling marketing systems, social media management, and website updates. We're seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional who is ready to take ownership of their responsibilities and thrive in a fast-paced, high-urgency environment.

This is a full-time employee position (not a contractor), offering between 20-40 hours per week. We value flexibility, and you'll have the opportunity to work from home or any location with a strong internet connection.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple clients in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
Handle a variety of executive assistant tasks, including managing marketing systems, website updates, and social media content
Oversee and ensure a seamless customer flow and positive client experience
Provide regular updates and reports to clients, including daily and weekly summaries
Accurately track and report detailed time accounting
Participate in regular staff and strategy meetings, and lead client meetings

Strong customer service experience and interpersonal skills
Skilled in using tools like Google Suite, Wix, Asana, WordPress, and CRM/project management systems

Detail-oriented, with strong grammatical skills
Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree
At least 3 years of experience in an administrative assistant role
Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive assistant/project management roles
Proficient in Microsoft Suite, CRM systems, and project management software
Excellent communication skills
Home office setup with a computer (Mac or PC), high-speed internet, video conference capabilities, and a professional workspace
