We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our client's team supporting insurance services. This is a remote position ; however, due to payroll/tax requirements, candidates must currently reside in Massachusetts to be considered.

Key Qualifications

• Must be available to complete the full 6–8-week training period without interruptions or scheduled absences

• Must reside in Massachusetts and have the ability to complete onboarding with the agency in person

• Effective communication skills; patient, resilient, and stress-tolerant

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience , preferably in:

• Health insurance

• Medical billing

• Healthcare provider office or related field

• Strong customer focus and genuine interest in helping others

• Cooperative and team-oriented

• Mature, dependable, and detail-focused

• Above-average computer proficiency and typing skills

• Stable work history

• Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to multitask while maintaining service quality

  Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Learn the basics of health insurance 

  • Understand and follow the customer service process

  • Meet and exceed productivity standards while providing accurate responses

  • Demonstrate urgency in answering calls within queue standards

  • Adhere to deadlines and turnaround times

  • Read and interpret various documents, including training manuals, correspondence, brochures, and cheat sheets.

  • Multitask effectively while maintaining service integrity

  • Retrieve voicemail messages and return calls within 24 hours

  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

  • Communicate issues or concerns promptly to a supervisor

  • Respond to email inquiries in a timely, professional manner

  • Perform additional duties as assigned
