Job Title: Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) – Outpatient Primary Care

Location: Brooklyn, NY

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary: $120,000 – $145,000 annually (based on experience)

We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who values a team-based, patient-first environment with a predictable weekday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments and physical exams
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and labs
• Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
• Educate patients on wellness, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle choices
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and support staff to provide high-quality care

• Maintain accurate, timely electronic health records (EHR)
  
  

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program
• Active New York State NP and RN license
• Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (AANP or ANCC)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in primary care or family practice preferred
• Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills
• Bilingual (e.g., Spanish/English) is a plus
