Fraud Investigator - Travel Company ($19/hr)

Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting with validation checks of advertisers
• Analyse information and make conclusions in an efficient manner about the legitimacy of the supplier/booking
• Make telephone calls and handle emails to assist customers with any additional checks we may need to validate them
• Evaluate the risk that an existing customer would pose to the company

Qualifications:

• At least 6 months experience dealing with fraud related issues
• Recent experience working in an office environment, any experience in the travel industry is a plus!
• Strong phone skills and excellent written and verbal communications skills
