Akkodis is seeking a Full Stack Engineer for a Contract job with a client in Chicago, IL (Hybrid). You will be responsible for developing scalable applications, integrating with cloud platforms like Azure, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Rate Range: $55/hour to $57/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Full Stack Engineer job responsibilities include:

• Designing and developing scalable web applications using pringBoot, React JS, and Java8.

• Implementing and maintaining microservices architecture for efficient application deployment.

• Integrating applications with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure or Pivotal Cloud Foundry.

• Developing and managing RESTful APIs for seamless service communication.

• Ensuring continuous integration and deployment through tools like Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality and user-centric solutions.

• Writing automated tests to maintain code quality and stability across the application.

• Troubleshooting and debugging issues across both front-end and back-end systems.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 8-15+ years of experience in full-stack application development.

• Proven expertise in SpringBoot, Microservices, and Java8.

• Strong proficiency in React JS and experience with cloud technologies, preferably Microsoft Azure.

Pay Details: $55.00 to $57.00 per hour
