Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets McDonalds standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Set and achieve restaurant goals in collaboration with leadership.
• Lead and develop a team of Department Managers, including hiring and coaching.
• Previous experience as a General Manager in high-volume settings, preferably in quick service, hospitality, or retail, is required. Candidates must be 18 or older.
