Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager for Taco Bell to lead our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in kitchen management and the food industry, particularly in fine dining settings. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a passion for coffee, and the ability to supervise kitchen operations effectively. The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring high standards of food quality, service excellence, and overall operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards.
  • Supervise kitchen staff, including cooks and baristas, to maintain a productive work environment.
  • Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure seamless kitchen operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or food industry, preferably in fine dining establishments.

  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
  • Experience with cash handling procedures and financial management in a restaurant setting.
  • Passion for coffee and familiarity with coffee preparation techniques is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal abilities.
