ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for Part-Time Guest Experience Staff at NRG Park in Houston, Texas. NRG Park is a premier facility with four major venues: NRG Center, NRG Stadium, NRG Astrodome, and NRG Arena. The Guest Experience Staff under general supervision perform various duties in connection with scheduled events, acting as liaison between the facility and clients, ensuring all clients’ requirements are met and facility rules, regulations and policies are adhered to. Duties include working Guest Experience booth during events assisting guests with directions, event information, item checks, and ticket relocation; assisting and resolving guest issues and complaints; providing guest and event information; accommodating wheelchairs, senior citizens, students and groups; assisting with hospitality services; serving as tour and tram guide; and serving as an ambassador of NRG Park. The role requires working independently, under pressure, maintaining effective relationships, good communication skills, and the ability to work long and irregular hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Education required is a High School diploma or GED with 1-3 months related experience or equivalent combination. Skills include good written, verbal, and computer skills, flexibility, and the ability to operate standard office equipment and software. Must be licensed to operate a motor vehicle in the US. Physical demands include standing for long hours, moving around the facility, and assisting mobility impaired guests safely in wheelchairs. Reasonable accommodations may be made for disabilities.
