Job Summary: The Health Data Strategy Manager plays a key role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and foster a data-driven culture within Onspire. This position involves conducting primary and secondary research, analyzing market data, and managing projects, ideally with experience in healthcare. This manager will oversee all aspects of market research, reporting, and dashboard development from ideation to execution. They will collaborate with hospital and healthcare clients to gather and interpret state data, track market metrics, and support data capabilities.

What You’ll Do :

• Develop and execute data strategies for Onspire and clients, enhancing data and IT capabilities.
• Evaluate platforms to increase efficiency and accuracy in data collection and analytics.
• Identify opportunities for insights and automation to streamline data processes.
• Secure and analyze market data, including inpatient and outpatient statistics and competitor metrics, to guide marketing plans and growth initiatives.
• Introduce new tools and technology to enhance data analysis and accessibility across the organization.
• Conduct primary research with consumers and stakeholders to assess brand awareness, preferences, and consumer behavior.
• Use insights from research to inform business operations and strategic planning.
• Aggregate data from various marketing channels, including web analytics and social media, to build performance dashboards.
• Support the development and enhancement of the soviews+ competitive profiling product.
• Translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Utilize strong data visualization and presentation skills to communicate findings effectively.
• Demonstrate initiative and independence, thriving in a supportive environment with minimal supervision.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need :

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5 years of experience in Healthcare preferred
• Expertise in analyzing and interpreting complex data sets with strong attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of financial, operational, and market data; experience with tools like Tableau and Qualtrics.
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels and the broader digital marketing landscape.
• Motivated to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments while maintaining professionalism and high-quality standards.
