Akkodis is seeking Help Desk Support – Inter for a Contract job with a client in Plano, TX (Hybrid) . Responsibilities include providing application support via remote access, resolving software issues, and assisting with onboarding new agents.

Rate Range: $18/hour to $21/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Help Desk Support – Inter job responsibilities include:

• Providing application support through remote access tools to resolve internal end-user issues.

• Monitoring and responding promptly to calls or chats received at the Service Desk.

• Interacting with end users via phone or chat to resolve software-related issues and occasional hardware inquiries.

• Remotely accessing and supporting end-user machines to achieve first-call resolution.

• Utilizing Service Now as a ticketing tool to track, manage, and escalate support tickets.

• Assisting with the onboarding of new agents by providing training and allowing others to shadow.

• Performing additional tasks as assigned by Service Desk Managers.

Desired Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification; associate’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.

• At least 1 year of remote help desk support experience.

• Proficiency in Mac and Windows OS support, including Mac Integration Basics and Windows 10 certification.

• Experience using Service Now for ticketing and tracking support issues.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
