We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Immigration Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for immigration law, an eagerness to learn, and a commitment to serving clients from diverse backgrounds. As an entry-level attorney, you will have the opportunity to work closely with senior attorneys on a wide range of immigration cases, including family-based petitions, employment-based visas, naturalization, and asylum.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and filing of immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documents.
• Conduct legal research on immigration law issues.
• Draft legal briefs, motions, and memoranda.
• Attend client meetings and consultations under supervision.
• Prepare and review client correspondence.
• Represent clients in immigration hearings or interviews under the supervision of senior attorneys.
• Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and regulations.
• Provide guidance to clients on the immigration process and timelines.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the bar in [State] or eligibility for admission within a reasonable timeframe.
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks.
