Join our team as a Painter, where you will use HVLP spray guns to paint industrial machines. Occasionally, you will be required to prep parts, sand, lift up to 50 lbs, and work from heights.

SHIFT : 3:30p-2a (Mon-Thurs)

Responsibilities

• Use HVLP spray guns to paint industrial machines.
• Prepare parts by sanding, buffing, and cleaning small metal parts.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and work from heights as required.
• Maintain a fast pace while ensuring quality performance.
• Collaborate with team members effectively.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in operating HVLP spray guns.
• Experience with paint preparation, including sanding and buffing.
• Ability to work at a fast pace with a focus on speed over quality.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with airless sprayers.
• Knowledge of industrial and automotive painting techniques.
• Ability to stoop, kneel, bend, and have a full range of motion.

Work Environment

Work in a large industrial/manufacturing environment with over 100 employees. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, with potential overtime on Fridays and occasionally on Saturdays.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane, Washington.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
