This role will provide Inside Sales support for two companies.

Role Description

We’re looking for a driven Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team and support both Green Stamp Insulation and Dave’s Sheet Metal ! In this role, you’ll play a key part in generating and qualifying leads, engaging with potential customers, and helping drive sales growth. Additionally, you'll be in control of our back office systems and work heavily with Excel and other applications such as CRM, estimating software, etc. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building relationships, have strong technical skills, and have a knack for uncovering new business opportunities, we want to hear from you!

Qualifications

Sales & Lead Generation Experience – Proven ability to generate, qualify, and nurture leads through outbound calls, emails, and database/CRM tools.

CRM & Software Proficiency – Experience using CRM systems, spreadsheets, reporting tools, and other project/customer platforms to manage customer data and streamline sales processes.

Strong Communication Skills – Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with potential customers and supporting the sales team.

Detail-Oriented & Organized – Ability to manage multiple tasks, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records.

Problem-Solving Mindset – Ability to assess sales team needs and provide strong support to their goals and objectives.

Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented – A proactive attitude with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Team Player – Works collaboratively with sales, estimating, and operations teams to drive business growth.

Customer-Focused – Strong ability to build relationships and provide excellent service to prospects and clients.

Industry Knowledge (Preferred) – Familiarity with insulation, roofing, or general construction is a plus.
