Job Title: Insulator
Job Description

Candidates will be working in the installation department and will be putting together pre-cut insulation and attaching it to a metal structure or housing unit. They will use hand tools and adhesives to attach the insulation to the inside of the sheet metal parts. This is a physical job where candidates will be working with larger parts to attach the insulation. It is also fast-paced work.

Responsibilities

• Work in the installation department to assemble and attach pre-cut insulation to metal structures or housing units.
• Use hand tools and adhesives to secure insulation inside sheet metal parts.
• Handle larger parts for insulation attachment in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Skills

• Ability to use hand tools.
• Capability to lift 50 lbs.
• Attention to detail.
• Experience with insulation, power tools, and general production.
• Mechanical assembly skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to follow work instructions.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
