Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and managing insurance project activities to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation and records.
• Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate project processes.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of project plans and strategies.
• Monitoring project progress and addressing any issues that arise promptly.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure project tasks are completed efficiently.
• Preparing and distributing project-related reports and updates as required.
• Supporting additional project coordination duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in project coordination or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Must have Strong Excel and One Note
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Required Work Hours:

The position requires working Monday through Friday during first shift hours.

Additional Details:

The minimum pay for this position is $23 per hour.
